Manager Card Products ( 24 month fixed term contract)

High Level Objectives:

1. To represent the Bank at industry meetings/ committees as delegated by the Head of Payments, Transactional and Card products.
2. Ensuring adherence of the portfolio with respect to Risk Audit and Compliance requirements.
3. To engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure optimal delivery of the portfolio.
4. Identifying new product development opportunities and implementing the process of delivery.  (To assist with developing third party opportunities as and when required).
5. To drive the implementation, adherence and achievement of card product SLA metrics (internal and external).
6. To continually evaluate all card supporting processes, procedures and designing processes that enable the bank card products to remain competitive and effective.
7. To facilitate all card product continuous improvement initiatives that are aimed at improving service levels and customer retention.
8. Facilitate the implementing the Pricing Policy and other card product compliance measures.
9. Create and maintain performance scorecard for the card product portfolio.
10. To provide training input and material in respect to Card products.
11. Prepare and provide on-going regulatory reports as required.

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• 3-year tertiary qualification, Degree is essential. 
• Certificate in Banking would be an advantage.
• Required:  5 years’ minimum product service /support experience essential.
• Banking/Financial environment experience essential. 
• Card Product Support/Card Sales Support/ Bank Products Support.
