SUMMARY: University degree. At least 5 years related work experience in base analytics within a large organisation. Must have experience with churn analysis and churn management.
POSITION INFO:
Perform customer segmentation, credit analytics and churn propensity modelling as well as identify commercial opportunities to support the overall CVM strategy. Support analysis to build a churn management program. Create a churn tracker. Perform deep dives on base churn to understand trends. Automation of churn prevention initiatives. Must be able to extract and report on data. Build a deep understanding of loyalty behaviour and translate findings into commercial opportunities, curb retention and drive customer loyalty.
