POSITION INFO:
This is your chance to step into a highâinfluence strategic role where your ideas don’t sit in someone’s inbox — they shape the future of how a major financial institution drives collections, optimizes risk, and leverages AI and machine learning across the full credit life cycle.

You’ll be the person who answers the question: “How do we collect smarter, faster, and more efficiently — at scale?”

What You’ll Lead (and Transform):
This is not a maintenance role — it is a build, innovate, and optimize environment.

You will:

Design and optimize endâtoâend collections strategies
Build, deploy, and monitor predictive models
Drive portfolio analytics and provide deepâdive insights
Own target forecasting and collections scorecards
Lead champion/challenger tests to improve profitability
Integrate analytical models into operational processes for real impact
Automate reporting and enhance dashboards in partnership with BI
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and tools

What You Bring:
You are strategic, analytical, commercially sharp, and technically strong.

Mustâhaves:

- Honours degree or equivalent in Stats, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Engineering
- 5+ years in a similar strategic analytics role
- Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, R, AWS, and advanced Excel
- High comfort with dataâdriven decision-making
- Ability to communicate complex insights to nonâtechnical stakeholders

Bonus:

- Experience in banking or financial services
