Our client a Financial and Auditing company, based in the heart of George, is currently on a recruitment drive for a Manager - Compilation to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for client's portfolios
Compilation of Financial Statements
provisional and Income Tax Calculations
On-the-job training for trainee accountants
Meet monthly deadlines in a timeously manner
Self-motivation, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, teamworking and interpersonal skills
detail reviews on team's work performed
Reconciliations of input / output VAT to monthly trial balance
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric
Management experience or relevant managerial experience
Must be able to work under pressure
Knowledge of IFRS or IFRS for SME's
Must be accurate and attention to detail
MS Office
VAT & Income tax knowledge
Management of client's portfolios
Fluent in Afrikaans / English

Recommended - Not a requirement but will be seen as an advantage:

Degree in Financial Accounting
Completed SAICA Articles
Caseware or Draftworx experience
Sage / Xero Experience
