A well-established, large equipment organisation is looking to a hire a Manager: Credit Alliance located in Ghana. The Manager: Credit Alliance will be focused on growing the usage of finance products. This will require the incumbent to be adaptable and an expert in their field. They will be responsible for working in a niche sector where they will face emerging markets. This is a great opportunity for a charismatic, zealous candidate looking for a challenge with a world class organisation!

Duties:

Work with channel partners/ end users to capture retail & lease business
Obtain ongoing commitment of dealers/ merchants to maximize the use of financial leases, installments &/ commitment revolving around financial products
Provide follow-up service & training to dealers/ merchants
Establish & maintain positive relationships with dealers, merchants, manufacturers, representatives etc.
Provide information regarding competitive product & market developments
Represent the company at trade shows

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Business/ Management discipline or equivalent experience

Degree in Marketing discipline or equivalent experience

Experience in the finance industry (4 - 7 years)

Sales experience (4 - 7 years)

Customer facing experience (4 – 7 years)

Experience working with dealers (4 – 7 years)
