SUMMARY:
Finance Operations Manager

POSITION INFO:

Manager - Finance Operations – AA/EE – JHB North

Manager: Finance Operations in the Finance Department – JHB Head Office

Minimum requirements:

CA (SA), with at least two years post articles experience
CIMA, or B COMPT Honours minimum 6 years’ experience (of which at least 3 to 5 must have been in a Mid to Senior Management role)
Experience with Supply Chain and & Internal Fleet of vehicles and related processes
Cost, productivity and risk management of the Supply Chain and Fleet functions

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the Supply Chain and & Internal Fleet of vehicles and related processes
Cost, productivity and risk management of the Supply Chain and Fleet functions
Staff management
Communicate, implement and live the company strategies and values
Drive continuous improvement in customer service levels in all areas of the business
Assist in the financial aspect of any existing project
Involvement in any financing structure type projects (including due diligence projects, tax related matters and financial reporting)
Assist with projects in the Accounts Receivable department
Ad Hoc duties and support to Head: Finance Operations
Ability to work under pressure
