Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Forestry Sector is looking to employ a Manager: Forestry Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Cape (Ugie).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Forestry production workflow management: identifying constraints in harvesting, transport and roads and exploring opportunities for production improvement
Mining relevant information and data from harvesting, transport, and roads operations to maximise throughput
Analyse production figures, prepare reports and make
recommendations for improvement to senior management
Use statistical methods to analyse the many facets of production information generated by operations and can escalate the analysis to the business context
Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Perform quality controls and manage short term and long-term production KPI`s
Device ways to increase quality of customer service
Daily, weekly & monthly production trends monitoring and management

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Forestry or Degree/Diploma in Operations management or Degree/Diploma Business administration
Minimum 5 years’ production intense experience in operations management or in an operations analyst role or in a forestry systems analysis role (e.g., forestry planning, forestry logistics, forestry harvesting)
