As the Manager: Foundation Finance and Operations, you will be at the heart of their efforts to support Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) and Public Benefit Organizations.

Duties:

Supporting the Head of Foundation in the overall management of financial and operational matters.
Providing inputs into strategy and policy recommendations to the Head of Foundation and members of the executive management team.
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
Responsible for preparing governance and operational input to the quarterly board reporting process .
Responsible for the external audit process.
Advising on long-term business planning.
Reviewing all formal finance, tax, HR and IT related procedures and policies.
Responsible for the Foundation contracting process.
Responsible for Foundation financial risk identification and mitigation.
Consider social investment strategies.
Ensuring that various programmes are executed according to Digital Operations Plan.
Ensure that marketing, communications and public relations plans are created, managed and maintained.
Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting
BCom Honours / CTA
CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed Articles
8 to 10 years’ experience post article experience.
Must have at least 3 years management experience.
Tax compliance aspects of Non-Profit Organisations and Public Benefit Organisations
Governance of Non-Profit Organisations and Public Benefit Organisations
