An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager: Infrastructure Development to oversee and deliver construction projects across multiple sites. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong project management expertise and a deep understanding of construction industry practices, regulations, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide expert cost estimation, financial planning, and risk management guidance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including end-users, architects, contractors, and procurement teams.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A university degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional registration with the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS).
• At least five years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation systems, project management, and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal aspects, and industry regulations.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

This role requires national travel and occasional overtime. A valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential.
