POSITION INFO:
Core Purpose
Manages integrated teams across various managed care functions, ensuring strategic execution of hospital utilization and care coordination. Drives operational improvements, fosters collaboration, and maintains a member-centered approach while overseeing clinical and operational oversight.
Job Requirements
A relevant three-year clinical degree or diploma.
At least seven years’ experience in managed care of which two years must be in a leadership role.
Key Competencies
Leading teams in hospital pre-authorisation, case management, account auditing, inquiries, and PMB sectors.
Guidance of team leaders and their teams;
Structuring of reports and interpretation of report finding, developing solutions for identified problem areas;
Ability to manage a variety of projects with strong organizational and leadership skills and
Ability to build relationships within the team and across the business.
