POSITION INFO:

Manager Retail & Key Individual (Forex and Retail business)

Job Specification for the Post of Manager (retail) & Key Individual (KI): 

1. Must possess a minimum bachelor’s degree in any of fields of Arts/Science/Commerce or any other field.  
2. Must pass RE 1 and RE 5 exams conducted by Regulator FSCA 
3. Should be registered as Key Individual with Financial Sector Conduct Authority for a Bank.  
4. Should be registered as a representative for category of Forex investments for minimum, last 2 years in a Bank.  
5. Has worked in management/supervisory position in Retail banking and have experience in Forex Investments.  
6. Must pass ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which is a part of workplace Skills Plan 

Roles & Responsibilities of Manager (Retail) & Key Individual (KI): 

1. To ensure Bank always remains fit & proper as per definition of FAIS act.  
2. To ensure that all the license conditions are complied with. 
3. The obligations on the Bank as detailed in the FAIS ACT are complied with. 
4. To always keep himself fit & Proper as per Act. 
5. To ensure and supervise all persons falling within the definition of representative are registered as representatives and they remain fit & proper and always comply with requirement of code of conduct. 
6. To ensure all the returns of FSCA are submitted timely.  
7. Will be responsible for all the Retail Business of the Bank.
