Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Legal or Financial Management or Public Administration or Equivalent (NQF 7)
• 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, procurement and contract management, of which 2 years is at supervisory/management role

Knowledge and Behavior

• Sound knowledge of the PFMA
• Preferential Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA)
• BBBEE Act and related supply chain legislation
• Sound knowledge of supply chain policies, practices, processes and systems
• Sound knowledge of contract drafting
• Advanced MS Microsoft proficiencies
