Managing Director

SUMMARY:
One of our clients in the financial sector is looking for a The Managing Director (MD) for AA Warranties reports to the Managing Director (MD) of the Company and is responsible for developing long term vision and formulating strategies for the AA Warranties business and that of the broader AA Financial Services opportunity.

POSITION INFO:

This person will be managing the day to day operations the individual would be expected to interact with the board on a quarterly basis.

The broad AA Financial Services role entails leading the following initiatives: AA Warranties, AAInsuranceSupermarket, AA Dealer Services, and all partnership opportunities which include Life insurance, Wills and estate planning, travel insurance, and retail facing lending platforms.

The MD should foster and exhibit the Company values, of Integrity, Passion, Diversity, Growth, and Care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Evidence of continuous professional development

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry/Insurance industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, leading cross-functional and diverse teams;
• Experience in partner and stakeholder management
