SUMMARY:
Managing Director position available - EE

POSITION INFO:

The Managing Director is nominated by the organisation’s Board and will be responsible for the day to day running of the operating she/he has overall responsibility for strategic, operational, and commercial leadership of the organisation. The Managing Director reports to the Board of Directors of the organisation and has functional links to:

• The Chairperson of the Board;
• The Board of Directors;
• Board Subcommittees;
• The Management Committee (MANCO);
• The Operational Directors;
• Support Services Managers;

Core Function:

• Implement the strategic goals and objectives of The Board;
• With the Chairperson, enable the organisation’s Board to fulfil its governance and operations function;
• Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives;
• Manage, in consultation with the Board and MANCO, all aspects of the organisation’s affairs including technical delivery, commercial and financial management and business development.

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensure that Strategic Objectives of the organisation are met;
• Execution of major functions / accountabilities;
• Achievement of the organisation’s growth strategies;
• Enhancement of the Organisation’s market profile;
• Achievement of the Annual financial goals;
• Achievement of Transformation Objectives;
