SUMMARY:
Amazing opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to provide the Zambian region with strategic and operational leadership across the agricultural environment of an innovative and diversified group.

POSITION INFO:

Ideal candidates will have:

· BSc. / B Tech or similar relevant tertiary qualification within the Agricultural/ Finance/ Engineering/ Chemical or similar fields coupled with a Lean Manufacturing qualification

· At least 10 years’ proven experience within agriculture/manufacturing/chemical environments and companies

· At least 5 years’ senior executive level experience managing multiple international regions

· A Six Sigma certification and/or GCC will be highly advantageous

· Extensive knowledge of the international Agricultural and Manufacturing industries best practices and landscape
