Our client is looking for a Data Capturer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our computer systems in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail, ability to handle data confidentiality, and knack for accurate record-keeping will help us ensure the integrity and accessibility of our data and, consequently, aid in our decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.

• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.

• Maintain and update database systems ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities where possible.

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

• Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as external contacts to collect necessary information.

• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proven experience in data entry or similar.

• Experience with MS Office and data programs.

• Familiarity with administrative duties.
