SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Map and Attract Specialist in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience specifically as a Head-hunter or as a Senior Consultant with a proven portfolio of relevant clients or placements (servicing any industry)
  • Proven track record of personal revenue generated – last 2 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
  • Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.)
  • Systems orientated individual with a track record of using HR related reporting tools – clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Performance and objective driven individual
  • Deadline driven
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively looking for Executive Search or Senior level recruitment opportunities
  • Telesales
  • Assisting with preparing and gathering of information when needed for quotations and tenders to win headhunting assignments - In conjunction with Marketing and Tenders.
  • Attending briefing sessions with clients to qualify requirements.
  • Negotiating of pricing and obtaining approval from Management
  • Talent mapping and planning of pipeline – market research, social media, advertisements.
  • Writing and posting of adverts – ability to draw critical information from a job spec to ensure you attract the right talent.
  • Detail project management / planning to ensure achievement of objectives / deadlines.
  • Proactive market research to identify and approach passive, suitable candidates.
  • Draw from your extensive database / network to ensure you identify the best skill available in the market.
  • Conducted professional and detailed face to face interviews with long listed individuals.
  • Ensuring you understand the requirements of the position in full to ensure no risk to Fempower.
  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure client to ensure timelines and challenges are shared.
  • Presentation of your shortlisted and processed candidates to the Project Manager / Director for final approval
  • Coordinate and preparation of submissions files for client’s perusal.
  • Ability to deliver and motivate selected candidates at Board level.
  • In depth networking abilities – social involvement
  • Attending industry forums etc.
  • Coordination of interviews
  • Preparing of candidates prior to interview with client
  • Coordinating of any relevant assessments
  • Ability to add value to case studies where relevant and required – in depth industry knowledge required.
  • Ensuring all social media checks are conducted on candidates prior to referral to mitigate risk.
  • Ensuring all verification checks are conducted on candidates.
  • At all times ensuring timelines and deadlines are met for projects / specs allocated
  • Ensuring you are building a suitable pipeline of candidates in line with your stream of expertise.
  • Ability to the market candidates
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g., In-house database)
  • Conduct benchmark research when needed on remuneration, industry etc.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
