Are you a driven communicator with a passion for marketing and client engagement? Our client, a leading business in their sector, is looking for a Marketing Associate (Telemarketer) to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Suburbs, Western Cape.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to prospective clients, promoting products/services, and building lasting customer relationships. You will be part of a vibrant team that values initiative, professionalism, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telephone marketing to prospective and existing clients
Promote and explain product offerings clearly and persuasively
Negotiate with clients to close deals and drive conversions
Support digital marketing campaigns through basic social media engagement
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – essential
Certificate in Marketing or Sales – advantageous
2–3 years of proven experience in direct telephone marketing
Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems)
