Main responsibilities include planning, tracking and improvement of all marketing plans, by delivering vital analytical support and strategic direction

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly market share report and review competitor activity to assist in a strategy direction
• Support the team in tracking as per requirements
• Provide input and support to the team to drive deeper understanding of pricing topics
• Identify development opportunities and threats and provide strategic proposals for implementation
• Define market share targets for all categories and sub segments
• Prepare analytical input during annual planning process
• Assist with developing and analyzing new category segments
• Suggest opportunities to overlay and streamline data sources
• Provide technical support to brand team on Nielsen software and excel interface for various reports & commercial updates etc.
• Initiate and manage alignment with trade analytics team to maximize efficiencies and minimize duplicate work on Nielsen data topics
• Supplier Management

Experience

• Minimum 3 years related working experience,
• Nielsen work experience
• Market Research Fundamentals
• Proven experience of providing analytical support within a large organisation
