A well?established group of companies in the agricultural and logistics value chain is seeking a Marketing & CSR Coordinator to join their team. The role supports the broader Marketing and CSR department across multiple brands, ensuring smooth day?to?day operations and effective execution of marketing and engagement initiatives.
This position is ideal for a well?organised, creative and energetic individual who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple responsibilities, and contributing to brand and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within allocated marketing budgets
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing direct marketing initiatives
- Support brand?building activities and promotional campaigns
- Assist with registration of clients on internal applications and systems
- Distribute daily and monthly market reports
- Organise internal and external wellness events and team?building activities
- Coordinate internal engagement events
- Assist in developing and executing promotional and innovative campaigns
- Liaise with external agencies and ensure all required processes are followed
- Coordinate mailing distributions
- Manage promotional stock, branded clothing and related stock?take
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Measure and report on brand performance and campaign results, and provide insights for improvement
- Perform general administrative duties supporting the department
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in project management, organisational support or marketing will be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong project management, prioritisation and coordination abilities
- Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail, especially relating to budgets
- Creative thinking and understanding of brand principles
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adopt new technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when required
