Marketing & Communications Officer - Non-Profit Organization
Salary: R26 000 per month
Location: Durbanville


Position Overview:
This position involves diverse responsibilities, including executing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand integrity, and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Enhance brand awareness and promote through various programs.
• Maintain brand integrity and position as a trusted industry leader.
• Manage the launch and marketing campaigns for new services and associated brands.
• Generate leads, build relationships with customers and stakeholders, and increase website traffic.
• Prepare communication content for the HEITSA website, newsletter, and other platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide support in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategy.
• Position as a trusted knowledge source and industry leader.
• Contribute to digital identity through brand updates and coordination of website content.
• Support internal and external events, including conferences and presentations.
• Provide customer-focused service to members and maintain communication schedules.
• Create, manage, and optimize content for internal and external collateral.

Requirements:

• Formal Qualifications: B Degree in Marketing and Communication (or equivalent).
• Work-Related Experience: Marketing and communication experience, strategy development, and CMS optimization.
• Knowledge: Proficient in CMS, digital and social media platforms, design software, MS Office Suite.
