The Marketing & Product Manager is responsible for defining, positioning, and managing IT products and services throughout their lifecycle, while driving go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and revenue growth. This role bridges customer needs, market trends, and internal teams to ensure products are competitive, relevant, and commercially successful.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth, and sunset.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with business strategy.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, sales, support, and leadership.
• Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and briefs.
• Work closely with engineering/technical teams to deliver on roadmap commitments.
• Manage product pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and profitability; recommend improvements.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for IT products and services.
• Plan and manage product launches, including messaging, collateral, and campaigns.
• Create clear, compelling value propositions and positioning for target segments.
• Oversee content creation (website, product sheets, case studies, demos, presentations).
• Manage digital marketing initiatives (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns).
• Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective selling (sales decks, training, tools).
• Track campaign performance and ROI; optimise based on data and insights.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
• Identify customer pain points and unmet needs in the IT landscape.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Stay up to date with technology trends, platforms, and industry best practices.

• Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, product development, and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven track record of launching and managing products successfully.

• Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and technology trends.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
