Requirements
- 1–3 years in a marketing support, co-ordinator, or digital content creation role.
- Strong content writing and proofreading.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms.
- Event coordination and logistics.
- Solid planning and time management.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools like Google Workspace, CMSs, or email marketing platforms.
Duties
- Ensure professional and consistent delivery of marketing content and collateral.
- Bring structure, accuracy, and creativity to all marketing administrative tasks.
- Support the smooth execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Reduce bottlenecks and delays in content creation, approvals, and scheduling.
- Accurately capturing the culture and DNA of the company's brand.
- Schedule and post social media content.
- Create or refine marketing content.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on event logistics.
- Design promotional artwork or layouts.
- Update the marketing project tracker and plan content for the week.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions.
- Gather performance data from recent campaigns and assist in reporting
- Write and edit marketing content for various platforms (social media, website, internal communication, etc.).
- Design basic marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Administer and support events, including logistics coordination and stakeholder communication where necessary.
- Manage and monitor social media channels and schedule posts.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and content schedules.
- Assist with website updates, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support campaign reporting by gathering and compiling relevant data.
