Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives across the business. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting broader business development objectives. The position also involves market research, analytics, multimedia coordination, and internal communication initiatives that contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and visibility.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, promotions, and customer events
• Create and manage marketing content for websites, multimedia, and promotional material
• Maintain digital platforms and monitor website analytics
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategies
• Manage internal communication initiatives across departments and branches
• Coordinate branding activities and multimedia production
• Support administrative functions within the marketing department

What You Bring
• Higher Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain (NQF 5)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the airline or freight industry
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and CorelDraw
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content coordination
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel nationally and work extended hours when required
