POSITION INFO:
A Engineering Company based in Krugersdorp is seeking to employ a competent Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be passionate about Marketing, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will support various marketing initiatives to promote the company`s products and enhance brand visibility. With Key performance areas being Marketing and customer development, Brand and reputation management, Digital marketing as well as performance and analytics, the ideal candidate must deliver and enable sales leads. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and trade show collateral tailored to industrial audiences. Create clear, visually engaging infographics and presentations to communicate technical processes, compliance standards, and product value. Manage digital marketing assets (LinkedIn campaigns, email headers, web banners) and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Translate engineering and technical information into accessible, professional layouts for clients and stakeholders. Maintain corporate identity standards, including correct use of ISO\/SABS certifications and multilingual communication where required. Support sales and stakeholder engagement through high‑quality visual content for tenders, proposals, and exhibitions. ACADEMIC AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field will be advantageous. Minimum of 4 years verifiable experience in marketing or related role. Graphic Design Skills. PREFERRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) - Industry standard for print and digital design. Canva \/ Figma - Useful for quick, collaborative design work. CAD-to-Graphic Conversion - Translating engineering drawings into marketing visuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and admin skills. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging. Problem-solving and analytical skills are a prerequisite.
