SUMMARY:
A marketing consulting company in Rosebank is looking to hire a marketing coordinator under the Youth Employment Services Program for a period of 12 months.

POSITION INFO:
Duties

Perform functional tasks

Update competitor database
Handling customer complaints
Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks
Hybris Marketing – develop and build content emailers
Coordinating promotional items
Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Update franchises list
Conducting market research
Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
Plan and implement the promotional campaigns

2. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness:

Exhibit a professional manner and appearance
Ensure behavior that leads to effective performance is identified and developed
Develop an understanding of own contribution to business efficiency
Clarify own job requirements and performance standards with Business Manager
Identify and communicate training and development needs
