• Designing and sending out marketing emails
• Content creation Posting and scheduling of all post on Social media Instagram and Facebook
• Responsible for designing all marketing material
• Liaising with suppliers with regards to all POS and POS elements like price boards, price stickers, barcodes, insert cards, price bubbles, etc.
• Assisting with design and coordination of tradeshows (SARCDA & Spar) - Pricing, Info booklets, adverts, pricing, product merchandising, product selection, stand artwork
• Website management and design - banners, products pricelist, catalogues and content. (Wix and WordPress)
• Adding images to company Excel order forms
• Assisting with customer orders and complaints
• Creating all company presentations for new business, products, trade before and after, display Planograms and key account meetings
• Designing and coordinating of all corporate branding - Office signage, vehicle branding, uniforms
• Manage Takealot account – SOH, New listings, Orders processing, preparing, booking and shipments
• Maintain and manage product image library
• Order Office stationery

Proficient in:

1. Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2. CorelDraw Design Software
3. Social Media Platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
4. Wix website management (would be an advantage)
5. WordPress website management (would be an advantage)
6. Takealot seller portal experience (would be an advantage)
7. Mailchimp Experience (would be an advantage)
