Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Balance short-term customer acquisition goals with long-term brand-building initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Drive new customer acquisition and reactivation efforts in collaboration with Sales operations.
• Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Monitor campaign outcomes, refine strategies as needed, and present reports to executive management.
• Continuously assess customer needs and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess brand awareness, and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain relationships with marketing partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop engaging copy for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
• Proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools like DART and Atlas.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Documents and Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on delivering impactful results.
