Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (NQF 7) or equivalent
• Operations Induction
• Safety Management Systems and Company Systems
• Operations and Finance
• 3 Years’ experience in Business-to-business marketing
• 1 Year experience in the logistics or airfreight industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation.
• Experience in market research, data interpretation, and reporting

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development
➢ Develop marketing strategy and implementation plan for the company to enhance brand visibility and market penetration of the companies and service offerings.
➢ Give effect to the marketing strategy of the company by implementing approved initiatives.
➢ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive, multidisciplinary communications programs.
Marketing and Brand Management
➢ Design, develop and implement content for electronic notice boards and companies’ branding, promotional material and websites.
➢ Plan and execute sales and advertising campaigns
➢ Write and proofread creative copies for various projects and initiatives.
➢ Plan and execute trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition.
➢ Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
➢ Manage promotional activities and events across all areas of business.
➢ Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key industry stakeholders and negotiate advertising contracts.
➢ Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
Digital Marketing
➢ Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
➢ Monitor trends and audience engagement and provide detailed analyses of our web, social media, and email marketing activities to gauge the effectiveness of the organization’s digital strategies.
➢ Maintain Websites and track data analytics.
Lead Generation
➢ Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
➢ Develop and nurture client partnerships to generate new revenue streams through comprehensive marketing value added services.
Research and analyses
➢ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
➢ Analyse industry data, market conditions, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
➢ Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
