Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with the sales and product development teams to achieve our business goals. (You will have 1 Senior Marketing Coordinator & 2 Junior Marketing Coordinators reporting into you & making up your cohesive team 😊)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Organize and participate in trade shows and industry associations.
• Oversee all marketing media, including print, digital, and social media.
• Create engaging video content to promote our products and services.
• Oversee the company websites and e commerce sites
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with marketing software and tools.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Your ability to present at Exco board meetings & convey marketing strategies & report on the effectiveness of your teams work is a big plus 😊 (Not critical, but a nice to have)
