SUMMARY:
A position has opened for a seasoned Marketing Manager to

oversee the promotion of company brands and products by conducting market research and analysis to guide marketing strategy and planning. Marketing qualification essential and experience with social media and campaigns.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 and Marketing qualification
More than 4 years of experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct research and evaluate industry trends, target audiences, pricing structures, and competitor offerings to support the creation of effective marketing plans.
Enhance brand visibility across various regions and drive increased foot traffic to retail locations through strategic campaigns.
Manage and improve marketing initiatives, including oversight of the company’s digital presence such as social media accounts and online advertisements.
Plan, control, and execute the marketing budget, including social media campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
Monitor website performance by assessing user behavior, browsing activity, and sales conversion metrics.
Lead the execution of branding initiatives, advertisements, and promotional activities.
Create and publish engaging content tailored for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Measure and report on the performance and impact of marketing efforts.
Represent and promote the brand at trade fairs, key industry functions, and work towards establishing a global brand footprint.
Stay updated with the latest marketing innovations, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the Sales department to craft comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple media outlets.
Review and approve the creative direction for marketing content, including promotional materials, digital assets, advertising copy, and packaging concepts.
Coordinate with media buyers, advertising firms, and related service providers to implement marketing initiatives.
Handle negotiations and maintain relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.
