The Role: Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the company''s marketing strategy and execution. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and digital marketing excellence. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure marketing supports the wider business goals and positions the company as a trusted partner in workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business objectives

Drive brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, events, and traditional marketing

Lead digital initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns

Oversee creation of content including website updates, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business development and client success goals

Manage external agencies and represent the company at key industry events
About You

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS

Strong expertise in digital marketing and lead generation

Proven track record of delivering measurable and successful campaigns

Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills

Experience in workforce management or compliance-related solutions advantageous
