Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
A leading independent real estate group is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing efforts, including digital content, events, and community engagement.

The role involves supporting agents with campaigns that increase leads, enhance brand visibility, and position the agency as the top choice on the North Coast.

Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee all media campaigns through the line
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness, lead generation and conversion through multiple touch points.

• Lead content planning for digital channels
• Oversee social media strategies, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality content.
• Provide a roll out plan and execution of 360 degree marketing

• Drive SEO strategy and technical optimisation to improve rankings and organic visibility.
• Analyse website data and user behaviour to improve engagement and conversion.

• Monitor, measure, and report on KPIs for all digital campaigns and platforms.
• Use analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Track lead quality and funnel performance to ensure marketing delivers value to the business.

• Support national and regional marketing initiatives with digital campaign roll-outs.
• Ensure digital brand presence aligns with the company's premium positioning.
• Manage digital briefs, approvals, timelines, and budgets.

• Work closely with teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
• Maximise exposure across various media channels

• Develop strategic events and execute in community (showdays, hyper local support) maximising visibility and engaging with key clientele
• Engaging with Agents on personal events to create strong local expertise understanding

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the property, or retail sector.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
