SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic tech business that provides access to a multitude of innovative end-to-end digital media and fintech technology products, based in Kyalami, Midrand is looking for a Marketing Manager (Mid-Level) to lead and coordinate group marketing activities across through-the-line requirements, across digital platforms, campaigns, sponsorships, activations and brand initiatives, with a strong focus on sport and selected group-wide marketing requirements.
Please Note: This is a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days a week at home
POSITION INFO:
In order to be considered the following is required: Degree in Marketing 3 - 5 yearsâ experience in the Marketing Manager Skills required: Ad Management Social Media Tools Campaign Planning and Execution Paid Media Performance Marketing Project Management Stakeholder Management Duties & Responsibilities: Digital Marketing and Paid Media: Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms Monitor campaign performance, budgets and ROI across all paid and digital activity Oversee SEO, website content updates and digital campaign landing pages Manage digital reporting and analytics dashboards Utilize CRM and marketing systems Campaigns delivered within agreed budgets and timelines Monthly reporting completed with actionable insights and optimization recommendations Website and campaign content updated accurately and timeously Ensure systems and processes are being followed Campaign Management: Develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business and commercial objectives Build campaign plans, timelines, rollout schedules and briefing documents Coordinate creative, digital, social, PR and activation deliverables across campaigns Ensure consistency of messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints Conduct post-campaign reporting and performance reviews Sponsorships and Activations: Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, branding requirements and activation plans Plan and oversee brand activations, sporting events and partner engagements Liaise with sponsors, venues, agencies, suppliers and production teams Ensure on-site branding, collateral, and activation execution meets required standards Assist with competitions, promotional campaigns and event-related coordination Social Media and Content Oversight: Oversee content calendars and social media scheduling across platforms Coordinate the creation of graphics, videos, copy and promotional content Work with designers, agencies, freelancers and content creators Monitor trends and audience engagement opportunities Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives Brand and Group Marketing Coordination: Support marketing requirements across broader group initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external marketing activity Coordinate internal marketing requests and stakeholder requirements Assist with presentations, promotional collateral and corporate brand requirements Maintain marketing templates, brand assets and campaign documentation Documentation: Create and manage monthly guard books Create and manage weekly status report Create and distribute detailed contact reports Create, maintain and distribute monthly digital guard books showcasing marketing, creative, campaign, social media and activation outputs Compile and distribute weekly marketing status reports Ensure all relevant stakeholders receive reports within agreed timeframes Information displayed above not limited to advertisement.
