JOB SUMMARY:
A prominent company in the motor and agriculture industry is looking to employ an enthusiastic, eager Marketing manager, with experience and knowledge in the Agric industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Graduate + MBA in Marketing
7 to 10 years’ experience in Marketing in Agri / Automotive / Construction equipment sectors Tractor experience would be preferred
Experience with Marketing forms such as – Demos, Print, TV, PoS, Digital
Excellent Communication Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DMS
Monthly travel involved (7-8 days a month)

Duties include but not be limited to:

Responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end Marketing Strategy for Farm & Construction businesses in South Africa and SADC Markets
Formulating & executing the marketing strategy for the year
Competitive Positioning of Brand, Product, Pricing at a country level
Lead management – Generating leads centrally & at a dealership level
Manage the company’s website & social media pages effectively
To empower the Sales team with adequate Sales Tools
Churn out Management Reports on marketing initiatives
Achieving the market share targets by making & executing marketing plan.
To deliver the target ROI on marketing spends
Tight Budget Controls
