Marketing Manager BPO Branding *Remote

SUMMARY:

Our client based in NY, USA is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, able to Brand BPO company with a Global client base / remotely (working from home in SA):

Main responsibilities:

• Create Brand awareness programs
• Use digital marketing trends and channels including effective SEO and other web analytics tools including Google paid search, pay-per-click and video options
• Evaluate and report on competitive analysis of other BPO providers in the Contact Centre industry
• Identify New Business
• Develop marketing collateral
• Use Microsoft and Google products including Office, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack and other communications tools
• Schedule, launch, monitor and measure multi-channel campaigns
• Use LinkedIn marketing tools and other lead sources
• Generate positive publicity for the company, nurture relationships with consultants, journalists, and bloggers

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Advanced computer literacy as per duties mentioned
• Minimum of 5-10 years of applicable experience
  Familiar with Creative side of Marketing and Design elements
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing  (Contact Centres) or B2B Technology company vital
• Strong and current knowledge of CX (Customer Experience) business strategy
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Must be available to start within two weeks if selected
