The Role: Marketing Manager
This role requires a hands-on, strategically minded Marketing Manager who can independently own and drive the marketing function. You will lead strategy, deliver high-quality creative output, run digital and email campaigns, and ensure consistent and structured marketing execution. The position blends creativity with operational discipline, suited to someone who thrives without micromanagement and brings fresh ideas, strong initiative and reliable delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Bring 3+ years of marketing experience with proven end-to-end campaign execution

Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

Drive brand positioning, messaging and go-to-market activities

Create high-quality visual assets in Canva, including email templates, webinar slides, social content and campaign collateral

Craft messaging, content structures and scripts for marketing materials

Plan, run and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including email and digital activities

Manage campaign schedules, ensuring consistent and timely delivery

Execute email marketing end-to-end and support basic PPC initiatives

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Client Success teams on launch materials and events

Manage external freelancers or specialists when required

Maintain brand consistency and ensure quality across all outputs

Bring structure, organisation and momentum to the marketing function
About You

3+ years of experience in marketing with both strategic and hands-on execution capability

Strong design ability and proficiency in Canva

Proven experience creating marketing assets independently

Demonstrated ability to run email and digital campaigns end-to-end

Strong copywriting and content-structuring skills

Highly organised, reliable and able to work autonomously

Creative thinker who can proactively suggest and execute new initiatives
