The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our client in their fast paced, highly dynamic organization based in Woodmead.

This is initially a contract role with potential to go perm.

The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with the Marketing Distribution teams and the role entails the development and implementation of the channel marketing strategy for a range of healthcare, insurance and financial services products.

Managing project plans, tracking competitive activity and industry trends, managing and monitoring ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment), plan and execute stakeholder events, plan and implement Above and Below the Line campaigns, as well as a key focus on planning, managing and executing events. Projects include developing and managing stakeholder-centric communication campaigns, managing sponsorship launch events, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum requirement Marketing Degree or equivalent Business Degree
Post-graduate qualification beneficial
5 yearsâ?? experience in the healthcare insurance financial services Marketing or Distribution divisions
Demonstrated proficiency in an integrated Marketing Sales environment
Experience in social media interactions/activities
Strong event organising and execution ability
Excellent people management skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Organised, reliable and responsive within a fast paced environment
Proactive, confident and resilient
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Willing to travel nationally
