JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Representative with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in the Tourism industry and excellent networking skills to join this beautiful and unique Diamond Manufacturing company!! Young, self-motivated, and enthusiastic and must be able to connect with different people in the trade on all levels and bring tourists who are looking to buy diamonds and jewelry direct from the source through their referral program.

Must have experience in the trade and connections with tour operators, tour guides, hotels, guest houses, tourism partners etc.
Must be well-spoken with the ability to make telephone calls by marketing the business from the company’s existing data base as well to be able to source new business by being on the road on a daily base.
Must have your own car; however, cell phone and laptop will be provided. Basic salary, travel expenses and commission on all sales will be paid.
Present and promote the company's products/services to existing and prospective customers in the hospitality and tourism industries
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
