Marketing and Product Coordinator - Irene

SUMMARY:

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Co-ordination

• Assist with the planning, administration, and execution of monthly catalogues and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, supplier communication, and marketing documentation.
• Liaise with designers, printers, and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate product photography and campaign assets required for marketing activities.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Product Administration & Launch Co-ordination

• Coordinate product launch administration from initial briefing through to implementation.
• Assist with product artwork, packaging updates, barcode verification, and final artwork filing.
• Coordinate product training information, launch materials, and product support content.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across relevant marketing platforms.
• Coordinate product photography, samples, and sample card administration.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of marketing and sales aids.

Marketing Administration

• Coordinate Message on Hold updates and monthly marketing support materials.
• Maintain accurate marketing files, records, databases, and documentation.
• Ensure marketing information and supporting documentation are properly organised and accessible.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department.

Supplier, Financial & Project Administration

• Process supplier quotations, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Assist with supplier coordination and project administration.
• Ensure marketing expenses and supporting documentation are processed accurately and timeously.
• Track administrative requirements and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Marketing Department with general project-related activities.

POSITION INFO:
Role Requirements Qualifications Grade 12 \/ Matric. Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualification will be advantageous. Experience 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, administration, coordination, or similar role. Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product administration, or projects will be advantageous. Knowledge & Skills Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong administrative and coordination capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Good record-keeping and document management skills. Personal Attributes Professional, reliable, and well organised. Positive and proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and willing to learn. Good follow-through and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks. Able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
