Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a flair for marketing and a passion for property? Our client, a well established business with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a Marketing & Property Promotions Manager to join their energetic team.

This exciting, hands-on role offers a unique blend of marketing, promotions, advertising, digital content creation, and property coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote commercial office space across platforms and to potential tenants
Develop and execute promotional events at shopping centres to drive foot traffic and tenant engagement
Sell advertising space within shopping centres and other media platforms
Oversee and manage social media and digital marketing content, including campaigns and updates
Work closely with tenants, clients, and the internal team to ensure successful marketing and property initiatives
Oversee property rentals and tenant liaison

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, events, or property coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Social media and digital content proficiency (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Canva/graphic tools)
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential
