JOB SUMMARY:
Your core purpose will be for strategic planning and management of two Retirement Estates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities

Plan, Develop and Implement strategic Sales and Marketing concepts
Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients (maintain customer relations)
Lead team to effectively manage leads and close deals (manage team)
Provide strong leadership skills to team
Generate unique sales and marketing plans
Set and achieve Marketing and Sales objectives and goals
Develop and coordinate promotional and marketing collateral material (brochures_flyers, etc – together with digital team)
Work closely with Top Management

Qualification required:
BCom Degree in Marketing or similar

Experience Required:
5-10 years Management
5-10 years Sales and Marketing environment
