R&R Overview:

  1. Master the IOS, IMS and PMP documents related to the SC logistics and materials management of company.
  2. Leading the team to make the material plans and production plans for plants, ensuring the accuracy and reasonability of the plans.
  3. In charge of suppliers’ material forecast and PO release, ensuring timely delivery of purchased materials to meet production needs.
  4. Ensuring the accuracy of material management system and warehouse data, improving inventory turnover continuously.
  5. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and directing work about customs.
  6. Ensuring employee and equipment safety.

 

Detailed R&R:

  1. In charge of collecting and reviewing the production plan of customers, making material plan and production plan for plants, ensuring the accuracy and reasonability of the plans.
  2. In charge of suppliers’ material forecast and PO release, tracking the production capability of suppliers continuously and ensuring the requirements of project production capability are met.
  3. In charge of supervising the implementation of the production plan, ensuring the shipment meet customers’ requirement and reporting the shipment regularly, ensuring customers’ specific requirements are met.
  4. Ensuring the accuracy of information in material management system, adjusting it according to the requirement, completing monthly account need and making satisfy with financial management.
  5. Ensuring the accuracy of warehouse data and standardization of operation, taking charge of cycle count & period count and giving out count report, implementing "first in first out" and visual management, and achieving the goal of lean logistics through timely delivery and inventory management technology.
  6. In charge of directing the related work of the customs and ensuring the normal work of customs.
  7. Leading the material department to implement the continuous improvement, applying lean tools and advanced logistics application techniques, supervising the implementation of action plans, promoting the development of material management capability.
  8. Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS documentation as well as the IATF16949/ ISO45001/ ISO14000 standards. Ensure effective operation of IOS, IMS and PMP documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal. Ensure audit internal and external clearance.
  9. Mentor and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan, and continuously improving staff engagement.
  10. In charge of safety works and practice related safety regulations as well as perfect safety equipment and practice safety protect and production target, and also ensure employee and equipment safety.
  11. Other works related to logistics & materials.

Qualification

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery/material is preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 years related working experience, familiar with the operation and management of plants. and modern manufacturing industry, with working experience in automobile industry is preferred.
  • Excellent planning, tracking, problem analysis and solution capability.

Knowledge & skills:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good Excel and ERP system application ability.
  • Digital sensitivity and ability of data analyse.
