We are seeking an experienced and reliable Deboning Department Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily deboning operations, ensuring productivity targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and leading the department team effectively. Requirements: Previous butchery experience is essential Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of deboning processes and meat handling practices Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Good communication and people management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily deboning department activities Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Lead, motivate, and support team members Assist with staff training and performance management Report on departmental performance and address operational issues as required Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
