SUMMARY:
Are you a high performer and eager to design? An elite and results driven industry leader is seeking young and passionate Mechanical Design Engineers to form part of their organization. This is a great opportunity for you to further develop your Mechanical component design experience.

POSITION INFO:

Proficiency in 3-D and 2-D computer-aided design software, such as Solid works, Inventor, etc

Designing new systems using new parts and updated layouts

Design of various configurations and options

Problem solving and time management skills essential

The ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively

Conducting concept and design reviews

Bills of material

Skills & Experience:

Able to work under pressure

Attention to detail

Mechanical machine or component design experience

Computer literate (Advanced Excel)

Outstanding task management capabilities

3D CAD software experience is essential

Excellent Communication skills (Written and verbal)

Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ design experience

Qualification:

B Eng. / BSc. / B Tech Mechanical Engineering

Valid drivers’ license and own transport

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
