POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in armored vehicle systems to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is critical for the conceptualization, design, and development of vehicle platforms that meet both performance and survivability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for armored vehicles, including hulls, suspension, drivetrain integration, and add-on armor systems.
Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks / CATIA / Creo software.
Perform structural and thermal analysis to ensure design integrity under combat conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Systems, and Manufacturing Engineers.
Support prototype builds, testing, and design validation activities.
Ensure that designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Contribute to design reviews and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in defense, automotive, or heavy vehicle industries.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, and Creo).
Experience with FEA and simulation tools is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of ballistic protection, blast mitigation, and vehicle integration systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and materials used in armored vehicles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
