JOB SUMMARY:
An international water treatment company is looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join their team. Their team of engineers is growing fast, and you could be the one to join this High Flying company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

The Mechanical draftsman is responsible for using Autodesk AutoCAD to assist the process and project engineers with Process and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID’s). The candidate will receive a hand drawing which they will then have to redraw in AutoCAD adhering to the companies’ drawing standards. You will be responsible of maintaining drawing standard and developing those standards.

Education:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant tertiary qualification, relevant courses in Autodesk products completed.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

1-4 years’ experience with water treatment technologies
1-4 years’ experience with 3D modelling using Autodesk Inventor
Experience with Autodesk Plant3D, Vault, 3Ds max, or Navisworks Manage is beneficial.
