POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Trace and organize marked-up building service drawings efficiently
Manage file downloads and storage, setting up title blocks and layouts
Create and maintain drawing registers and issue slips
Actively participate in internal and project meetings with engineers and clients
Coordinate services with architects, engineers, and interior designers
Conduct occasional site visits to markup as-built/existing services and demonstrate familiarity with construction terminology

Skills & Experience:
Possess a minimum of 1-3 years of design engineering experience
Familiarity with building and construction terminology, including IL, CL, FFL, NGL, offset, and soffit, is essential
Experience in utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite for design and engineering tasks
Exposure to Revit would be advantageous

Qualification:
Matric or Draughting Certificate

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
