Mechanical Wet Services Consulting Engineer/ Technologist required at Multi disciplinary Consulting engineering firm

Consulting services in the Commercial Building services Industry. Well established Clients for projects at private hospitals, Retail, Office Parks, Some Government Buildings and warehouses

Requirements:

• B.Eng./ BSc. Mechanical Engineering/ B. Tech Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years experience in wet services/ skills in the consulting engineering sector
• Knowledge of basic design principles and applications of wet Services.

• Plan, design, audit, cost, specify, tender and project management of wet services for offices, retail, hospitals, hotels, gyms,  commercial and public building.
• Detail design of wet services, (hot and cold water reticulation and drainage. The installation will be from the existing incoming line, all piping and reticulation within the building scope).
• Plan, design organize and control complete projects
• Prepare and present technical reports, financial reports, tender documentation
