SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in mining or mineral processing projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage mechanical projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
Oversee the design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems.
Lead project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct risk management and implement effective project controls.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng).
5–7 years’ proven experience in mechanical project management within mining or mineral processing.
Strong technical understanding of mineral processing plants and equipment.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
